Crawfish Puree' Cornbread |

| 2 eggs |
| 1 tsp. salt |
| 1 tsp. baking soda |
| 1/4 c. oil |
| 1 med. onion chopped |
| 1 bag Mexican Cornbread Mix |
| 1 c. grated chedder cheese |
| 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped jalapenoes |
| 1 can cream corn |
| 8 ozs. Crawfish Puree' |
| |

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into
greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
