Saute’ vegetables in butter for 8 min.
Mix together crumbled bread crumbs,
crawfish Puree’, saute’
veg., egg, flour and seasoning. Season
catfish fillet and stuff with stuffing. Bake
@ 350 for about 15 minutes. Makes
4/5 servings.
