Crawfish
Stuffed Potatoes |

6 medium baking potatoes |
|
1/2 cup butter |
|
1-cup shredded cheddar cheese |
|
1-3 oz. Pk. Cream cheese, softened |
|
1/2 cup sour cream |
|
4 tble. Dry ranch salad dressing and seasoning mixture |
|
8 oz. crawfish puree |
|
Preheat oven at 350 degrees |

Wash potatoes and wrap
in foil . Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
Allow to cool. Cut in half. Spoon out potato pulp and
place shells aside. In medium bowl combine butter in potatoes
mix. Add remaining ingredients mash with fork to combine.
Spoon potato mixture in shells, place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. |
